Headquartered in Nashua, New Hampshire, AEC is a woman-owned small business providing Communications, Systems Engineering, Financial Management, and Information Technology solutions and associated services.

AEC offers a wide range of technical capabilities in support of the Department of Defense. Our dynamic team is comprised of engineers, systems/operations analyst, logistics and financial support professionals. Strong core capabilities and the right resources are brought together to meet customer requirements across a wide range of government programs.

We have successful, demonstrated expertise in developing command, control, and communications systems, including long range planning and development of key operations centers, integration of radar networks, implementation of secure and non-secure communications systems, and the establishment of groundbreaking methods for sharing multi-national information.

Additional areas of expertise include Business Process Re-Engineering, development of performance Measures of Effectiveness, collection and analysis of Operational Metrics, and Enterprise Software design, development and implementation utilizing current web technologies.

State of the art projects under development include an evasive target detection capability and web-based reporting tools for operations centers. Other critical programs under development are part of US Southern Command’s goals and objectives in supporting the Joint Vision 2020 transformation. These programs include a long range plan for the Command’s communications infrastructure, and development of operational and systems architectures that comprise the Command’s portion of the Global Information Grid, and implementation of Net-Centric Operational Warfare transformation initiatives.
